Relaxation on day before MPIB Run

A day before MPIB Run, I took opportunity to relax and had a nice beautiful morning with my housemate by swimming in my condominium pool. When I took some pictures of the day, the pics are so amazing. I know I'd made the right decision to swim on that day. Awesome!

MPIB Run...it makes me addicted to running...

Sunday, 8 Jan 2012 - I really enjoyed MPIB Run held at Pdg Merbok yesterday. I came to the race venue late as I need to wait for Ikhwan who wake up late. Haha. We make an appointment to meet up in E&Y office at 5.50pm, but end up called the sleeping Ikhwan at 6.00, he juz woke up. I registered for 12KM run while Ikhwan is a 6KM runner. Finally, when we reach Pdg Merbok, my 12KM category has already kicked start. A bit rush at the beginning, but overall, I satisfy with my performance. In less than 1 more week, I'll involve in another running event - Mizuno Wave Run 10KM. Therefore, MPIB Run is like giving me a new king of addiction to the running events. MPIB Run Race Kit Collection...

Multi-Purpose Insurans Run 2012 (MPIB Run) will kick start at 7.00am on 8 Jan 2012. Organized by Multi-Purpose Insurans Berhad (MPIB), this is the 1st time that MPIB is organizing a Run but it is our target to be a regular feature in the annual Malaysian Running Events Calendar.

Race kit can start to be collected today, 5 Jan 2012 until 7 Jan 2012 at OCM Training Hall, OCM Indoor Sports Centre, Wisma OCM, Jalan Hang Jebat, 50150 Kuala Lumpur.
