Subway: Something too urban, but perhaps you can have a try...

Subway has been a sensational figure in KL and Selangor for being a healthy and fresh food provider. As to date, it has 20 outlets in KL and 45 outlets in Selangor.

However, other than these two areas in Malaysia, Subway can't really make it into the market - only 11 in Penang, and 1 in Johor.

As one of Subway's fan, I would like to recommend Malaysians to have this as their regular meal. I know some of Malaysians might having problem not eating 'nasik' as their lunch or dinner, but why not we try first, thinking of our own BMI that is higher than normal.

Talking about the price, you can have the Sub-of-the-day, which being offered at RM7.50 per meal. Subway has difference Sub-of-the-day menu everyday, 7 days a week. Here is the list:

Red-Hot Mondays - Italian B.M.T.
Cheery Tuesdays - Tuna
Lively Wednesdays - Meatball Marinara
Fresh Thursdays - Chicken Slice
Cool Fridays - Smoked Turkey
Dreamy Saturdays - Seafood Crab (My fav)
Magical Sundays - Chicken Teriyaki

The best and special about Subway is the healthiness and freshness. You can see this guide and chooso yours.
