Body weight: No need to know, juz enuff for u to know aku dah dat naik 4 kilo (net) dlm sebulan. Bukan berat muscle ek, berat lemak ni.

Cerita Aku Di Hari Itu
10:43pm - Kunci jam pukul 4.18am
4:41am - Baru bangun tido, bersin kuat sgt sampai bahu terkehel
4:44am - Terus sarapan cereal Alpen, pastu baru mandi
5:02am - Baru start enjin keta @ Seksyen 22, Shah Alam
5:36am - Baru cari parking, 21km dah flag-off
5:43am - Baru jumpa buggage area, tanya org mn startng line
5:46am - Baru terhegeh2 berlari
5:58am - Perut dah meragam
6:13am - Berhenti solat Subuh
6:45am - Bahu terkehel td pagi x lega2 lg
Lari je laaaaa...
8:02am - Jumpa Timi kat KM14 (kwn 5-6 thn xjumpa), sembang sampai tinggal 1km..
9:04am - Finished! Kutip trophy & finisher tee...3 jam 20 minit! Cam haram..
Kesimpulan: Alhamdulillah, dpt jadikan event ni latihan kuruskan badan sbb dah lama tak bersukan.
Badan xsakit, myb sbb kesan 2XU compression top. Kaki rasa sengal2 sikit je, maybe nak kena beli compression tight kot.
